Champion Life Centre (CLC) Guelph is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Ministry Engagement Coordinator to join our team!
About the Role: Champion Life Centre is dedicated to serving our congregation and surrounding communities through various ministries and equipping the church to use their God-given talents. As the Ministry Engagement Coordinator, you'll work closely with our pastors to oversee and coordinate ministries, outreach activities, and events. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly and support the needs of our congregation through effective organization and planning.
This is a full-time, salaried role with a flexible work arrangement.

A committed member of Champion Life Centre
2-3 years of experience in office administration, project management, or events coordination.
Servant-leadership skills with a knack for connecting and collaborating with people.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaborative tools like Teams and Slack.
Faithful, diligent, and teachable

Be the go-to person for all ministry-related activities and events.
Coordinate exciting events like Easter, Christmas, Discovery Camp (VBS), Family Camp, and more together with event leads and committees.
Manage volunteer schedules and oversee onboarding and training in collaboration with Team Coordinators and/or Ministry Directors.
Plan and coordinate our Sunday Worship Celebrations
Develop and implement our communications plan, including social media and other promotional materials.
Collaborate with our Media ministry for awesome video projects and livestreams.

Office administration skills and experience
Communication skills — oral and written
High adaptability to technology, apps, and other cloud-based collaborative applications/platforms
Database management skills or willingness to learn it!
Bonus points for skills in video editing, graphic design, and social media content development!
