An open, grace‑filled conversation exploring the intersection of mental health and faith in the everyday realities we all face. Reset: Bridging Mental Health and Faith creates a safe and supportive space to pause, reflect, and gain meaningful insight into how our mental and emotional well‑being shapes our routines, relationships, and overall quality of life — and how faith can anchor us through these challenges.
Whether you’re seeking greater awareness, or tools for navigating your own journey, this gathering is designed to meet you with compassion and understanding.
