Registration Fees

The following groups are eligible for the church-subsidized registration fee of $30 per person:

CLC Guelph Youth [12-17 years old]
CLC Guelph Youth Leaders (Youth Core)
Approved carpool drivers attending the conference

Parents or guardians who wish to attend the conference alongside their child(ren) may register at the regular rate of $60 per person.

Note: The subsidized youth registration rate is intended for eligible youth participants and designated youth leaders.

How to Get There:

Carpooling is the preferred transportation option for Change Conference 2026, especially for our youth, as it helps build community and ensures everyone arrives together.

Participants who wish to carpool should meet at KPC (55 Devere Dr., Guelph) at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 17 for departure.

Carpool drivers will be provided with a mileage allowance.

To sign up for carpooling, please complete and sign the carpooling waiver, which is included as part of the parental consent form, by October 7. Only participants who have submitted the signed waiver by the deadline will be included in the carpooling arrangements.
